A decision was made on April 11, 2008 to postpone the implementation of the State of Wisconsin's PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This project has been known as the Integrated Business Information System or IBIS. Implementation work is being delayed until at least State Fiscal Year 2010 (July 1, 2009). We will have a better sense in early calendar year 2009 of when work could restart. There will be few updates to this site until that time. Please check back in early 2009 for updated information.
